GLEP today announced a staff expansion as the organization broadens their impact on policy, legislation, communications and political campaigns in Michigan.
Cody Bailey, Outreach Director: Cody has previously been a candidate for State Representative, and involved in local, state, and national campaigns. Previously he worked with his family on restructuring and relocating their business of 23 years, while launching his own entertainment business. A 2012 graduate of Albion College, Cody lives in Garden City.
Katelyn Prine, Communications Assistant: Katelyn is an intern for GLEP and is majoring in Social Relations and Policy with a minor in Education Studies through James Madison College at Michigan State University. She will graduate in May of 2015 and plans to pursue a career in Education Policy. Katelyn is from Springport but currently lives in East Lansing.
The GLEP staff also includes Gary Naeyaert, Executive Director; Beth DeShone, Advocacy Director; and Megan Danielson, Finance Director. The GLEP Board of Directors consists of Jim Barrett, Betsy DeVos and Greg McNeilly.
